All online orders are shipped via Canada Post. Customers in the Toronto area who place their order may choose to pick up their order at our downtown office to save on shipping costs. Our office is located at365 Evans Avenue, Suite 202, Toronto, ON, M8Z 1K2 If you wish to have your order picked-up, please advise us at the time you place your telephone order. We will make note of your request and call you when your order is ready for pick up.

What if I'm not home to receive my package?
If the carrier attempts to make a delivery and no one is home, they may look for a safe place to leave your package, such as a milk box, porch or garage. Otherwise, they'll leave a delivery notice indicating where and when you can pick up your package - typically at your local post office.
Exchanges
How do I exchange a damaged item?
To exchange a damaged item ordered online, you have two choices:
Return your item to LDAO offices.
Simply bring the item(s) you wish to return in its original condition (CDs/DVDs/Videos must be in their original packaging), along with the packing slip (which is your receipt) that came with the order within 30 days of the shipment date. The shipment date of your order can be found on your packing slip.

LDAO can issue you a replacement item. Please note that shipping fees are non refundable. Please note article sets are not returnable.

Exchanges
Currently, the only way to exchange an item ordered online is to return it for a full refund by following the steps above, and then place a new order for the item you're interested in. Purchases made online cannot be exchanged at our retail locations. If you received an item you didn't order and were billed for it, please return it for a full refund.
PLEASE NOTE: Electronic gift certificates, the purchase or renewal fee for LDAO memberships are not refundable. Please reference our Online Returns: Terms and Conditions for complete details.
